Personally, I expect 2 things of a furnace : it does not bake properly and it is simple to use. After 1 year of use semi-intensive (it also has the plates :) !) this oven perfectly fulfills its purpose. One chooses the type of cooking that you want : pies, chicken, fish, meat, cakes... The temperature and the type of cooking are returned automatically. You can then (of course!) to change the temperature. The programming is ultra simple. No need to read the manual to know how to use it. It is instinctive! With bonus, : 2 pyrolyses (including economic), a cool door (which is really cold!)... In short, after a year of use, this oven we are totally satisfied. Oven aesthetic, which rises quickly in temperature. The cooking is perfect including pies whose bottom is crispy. A small regret, that the timer is difficult to adjust because the numbers scroll too fast.
